Volunteers have played an integral role in our ministry since its foundation. Today we’re as dependent on volunteers as ever, only now they work mostly in the church as Ushers, Ministers, Care Takers and e.t.c And yet we still depend on volunteer assistance for various tasks around the office. Our ability to utilize volunteers is based on the needs of PPP at any given time—and on the determination of a good fit between volunteers and PPP.
